Appendix B EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) Manager SOP

2. After restart EWF state will be set to "Enable"

3. If you try to create a folder or file and restart the OS, you will discover you can't

modify data under the C volume.

HORM (Hibernate Once and Resume Many): The function can always resume your

OS after hibernation, even after a shutdown or crash.

I Before using HORM you should set EWF to the state "disable"

II Check "Enable hibernate"

1. Right-Click on desktop and click "Properties"

Note! If you want to write data at EWF enable state you can click Commit to

write data under C volume.
