1.9 System Memory

The PCE-7210 has four sockets for 240-pin dual inline memory modules

(DIMMs) in two separated memory channels. It can operate with single

channel or dual channel modules. We recommend using dual channel

mode to provide optimized performance. All these sockets use ECC reg-

istered DDR2-400 SDRAM. They are available in capacities of 256, 512,

1024 and 2048 MB. The maximum memory size is up to 8GB.
